	Barb Burcham, President Barb has been working in the promotional products industry since 1993, when she first opened the doors of Ad-Specialties and More, Ltd. She entered into the business with an extensive background in sales and marketing. Barb first worked in radio sales in Minneapolis, then moved to TV sales in Naples, Florida and managed the ABC network in Fort Myers.
	Jennifer Rickard, Art Director and Sales Coordinator Jennifer has been with Ad-Specialties and More since August 2006. Starting as a graphic artist, she worked part-time while completing her undergraduate studies at The University of Oklahoma. She graduated in May 2007 with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in Italian. She now works full time doing graphic design, virtual design, sales, Web site development and the designing of all company advertising materials. Her portfolio can be viewed at www.jenrickard.com.
	Michael Soriano, Sales Representative Michael has a career background that ranges from re-building the brand and business strategy of UNICEF greeting cards, introducing the "As Seen On TV" brand into retail markets, and being the CEO of an international joint venture introducing online information services into the United States (pre-AOL). A former Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet referred to him as an "agent of change", which has been the hallmark of his professional contributions in business strategy, sales management and communications. Born and raised in New Jersey, he came to Oklahoma in 2004, and has worked with over 100 local companies as a consultant and in an economic development role. Michael has an MBA and lives in Norman with his best friend Lexie - a 3-year old black lab.
	Lisa Lehr Turner, Sales Representative Lisa has 23 years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry. Climbing her way up - she started as Sales Manager at the Meridian Plaza Hotel, promptly leapt to the Director of Sales for Ramada Inn of Norman and then continued her way to the top becoming the General Manager of the Great Western Hotels Corporation. If that wasn't enough, she put the cherry on top and assumed the status as Director of Regional Marketing for the hotels in the Midwest and California. Ad-Specialties snagged Lisa in 2009 bringing her back to the hometown of her Alma Mater, where she graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1984.
	MaryEllen Benavidez, Customer Service Representative MaryEllen has been with Ad-Specialties since May of 2006. She started in order tracking but has expanded her service to keeping inventory of all catalogs, samples, apparel and sales materials, as well as accounting and general customer service.
